Life Broken

Reviews

This is the place Alex reviews some of his favorite (or hated) albums. I rate on the Tater Tot scale, 5 tots being best and 1 tot being the worst

Decendants: Everything Sucks

Verry good album. Starts off with a nice fast song, then goes to their biggest song "im the one". Very good pop-punk, with good overall songwriting and production. However, like always, Their lyrics are the downfall, but it is still one rocking album. Im going to go with 3 out of 5 tots.

Foo Fighters:In your honor

Dave Grohl said he wanted to make this the best foo fighters album ever, but I think think he is trying too hard. dispite some great songs, this album tends to fall falt again and again, with moments of bad songwriting and bad musicianship. The acoustic disk has a lot of electric guitar, which is dumb for obvious reasons. I give this 2 out of 5 tots.

All American Rejects: Move Along

Why can't all power pop be this good. The All American Rejects turn out a great album of manicured pop-punk so catchy you can't put it down. In addition, they have really improved and are a tight knit group that slam home some great songs. This is the kinda album with just enough emotion to call emo, and mean it in the best possible way. 5 out of 5 tots.

Here are the top five bands of the week:

1. MxPx

2. Fall Out Boy

3. Lower Class Brats

4. All American Rejects

5.  Green Day
